Im Beispiel erstreckt sich der Blitzbereich von ca.
0,6 m bis 6,2 m. Das Motiv sollte sich idealerwei-
se in einem Entfernungsbereich zwischen ca.
2,5m und 4,3 m befinden.
7.4.2 Reichweitenanzeige im manuellen
Blitzbetrieb M bzw. MLo (Bild 18a)
Im LC-Display des mecablitz wird der Entfer-
nungswert angezeigt, der für eine korrekte Blitz-
belichtung des Motivs einzuhalten ist. Die Anpas-
sung an die jeweilige Aufnahmesituation kann
durch Ändern der Objektivblende und durch
Wahl zwischen voller Lichtleistung M und der Teil-
lichtleistung MLo erreicht werden (siehe 4.2).
Beispiel:
In nebenstehendem Beispiel sollte sich das Haupt-
motiv in einer Entfernung von 6,2m zum meca-
blitz befinden.
7.4.3 Überschreitung des Anzeigebereichs
(Bild 19)
Der mecablitz kann Reichweiten bis maximal
199 m bzw. 199 ft anzeigen. Bei hohen ISO-
Werten (z.B. ISO 6400) und großen Blendenöff-
nungen kann der Anzeigebereich überschritten
werden. Dies wird durch einen Pfeil bzw. Dreieck
hinter dem Entfernungswert angezeigt.
7.4.4 Ausblendung der Reichweitenanzeige
(Bild 20)
Wird der Reflektorkopf aus seiner Normalposition
nach oben bzw. unten abgeschwenkt, erfolgt kei-
ne Entfernungsanzeige im LC-Display des meca-
blitz!
7.4.5 Leitzahlanzeige bei Manuell-Fokus-
Objektiv
Verschiedene Manuell-Fokus-Objektive übertra-
gen keine Informationen über Brennweite und
Blendeneinstellung an die Kameras. Wird ein sol-
ches Objektiv eingesetzt, so erhält der mecablitz
von der Kamera nur Daten über die Filmempfind-
lichkeit ISO. Die Position des Zoomreflektors muss
dann von Hand eingestellt werden (siehe 7.6.2).
Im LC-Display des mecablitz wird in diesem Fall
an Stelle eines Entfernungswertes die Leitzahl für
die aktuelle Einstellung angezeigt (im Beispiel Leit-
