3. In Betrieb nehmen des mecablitz

3.1 Voraussetzungen
Sie können den mecablitz grundsätzlich nur mit
TTL-Blitzgesteuerten Kameras einsetzen!
Bei TTL-Blitzgesteuerten Kameras mißt ein
Sensor das durch das Objektiv (Through The
Lens) auf den Film auftreffende Licht und
schaltet bei ausreichender Belichtung das
Blitzgerät ab (siehe auch S.11). Ob Ihre Kame-
ra diese Funktion hat, entnehmen Sie bitte der
Kamera-Bedienungsanleitung.
Bei Kameras, die nicht über eine TTL-Blitz-
steuerung verfügen wird ein Vollblitz aus-
gelöst !
Das bedeutet, der mecablitz gibt ohne TTL-Blitz-
steuerung beim Auslösen ungeregelt seine maximale
Blitzleistung ab!
Bei Verwendung des mecablitz
muß
ein even-
tuell in der Kamera eingebautes Blitzgerät
ausgeschaltet, bzw. vollständig eingeklappt
sein !
3.2 Ein- und Ausschalten des Blitzgerätes, Film-
empfindlichkeit
Ein- und Ausschalten: Schalten Sie den mecablitz
mit dem Schalter I ein. Im eingeschalteten Zustand
leuchtet die grüne Betriebsanzeige. Bei Erreichen der
Blitzbereitschaft leuchtet zusätzlich die orange Blitz-
bereitschaftsanzeige. Drücken Sie zum Ausschalten
den Schalter O. Die grüne Betriebsanzeige und die
orange Bereitschaftsanzeige verlöschen. Verbleibt
der mecablitz in diesem Zustand auf der Kamera,
wird bei der nächsten Aufnahme kein Blitz ausgelöst.
Einstellen der Filmempfindlichkeit am mecablitz:
Stellen Sie an der Rückseite des Gerätes die Emp-
findlichkeit des verwendeten Films ein, indem Sie mit
dem Blendenschieber den gewünschten Wert im
„ISO-Fenster“ wählen.
