2.3 Batterie-Test
Mit dieser Einrichtung können Sie Alkali-Mangan-
Trockenbatterien (keine Akkus) prüfen. Wenn nach
dem Drücken der Taste die Batterieanzeige aufleuch-
tet, sind die Batterien in Ordnung. Leuchtet die
Batterieanzeige nicht auf, so ist eventuell nur noch
eine geringe Restkapazität vorhanden und Sie sollten
neue Batterien einlegen.
2.4 Automatische Geräteabschaltung
Um eine versehentliche Entladung der Batterien zu
vermeiden, schaltet das Gerät ca. 10 Minuten nach
dem Einschalten oder nach dem Auslösen eines
Blitzes ab, um Strom zu sparen. Die grüne Betriebs-
anzeige und die orange Blitzbereitschaftsanzeige
erlöschen. Das automatische Abschalten des
Blitzgerätes können Sie durch Blitzen oder durch
Drücken des Schalters I verhindern. Das Gerät bleibt
dann für weitere 5-10 Minuten betriebsbereit. Zum
Wiedereinschalten des mecablitz drücken Sie die
Taste I.
2.5 Befestigen des mecablitz auf der Kamera
• Nehmen Sie den Blitz so in die Hand, daß Sie auf
die Bedienelemente sehen. Drehen Sie die Rändel-
scheibe am Adapterfuß des mecablitz gegen den
Uhrzeigersinn bis zum Anschlag.
• Schieben Sie den mecablitz mit dem Anschlußfuß
in den Blitzschuh der Kamera.
• Drehen Sie die Rändelscheibe mit dem Uhrzeiger-
sinn bis zum Anschlag und machen Sie damit den
mecablitz auf der Kamera fest.
