Set the adjustment lever (7) to the "0" position
(pendulum motion is deactivated). Position the
jigsaw with the front edge of the footplate (17) on the
workpiece. Hold the operating jigsaw firmly and
guide slowly downwards. Once the saw blade has
penetrated the workpiece, the pendulum motion
can be activated.

making any adjustments, changing tools,
maintaining or cleaning.
Clean the machine regularly. This includes
vacuum cleaning the ventilation louvres on the
motor.
Clean the saw blade clamping fixture (22) regularly
and thoroughly by blowing with compressed air.
If necessary, clean the openings behind the saw
blade support roller (21).
Apply a drop of oil to the saw blade support roller
(21) from time to time.
The LED light (4) is flashing SLOWLY and the
machine has been switched off automatically.
The machine switches off if it is overloaded for an
extended period or if the saw blade is jammed.
Switch off the machine using the slide switch (19).
Switch it on again and continue to work as normal.
Avoid any additional overloading or jamming.
