Ajustamento do rolamento de impulso
1. Desaperte o parafuso (seta).
2. Ajuste o rolamento de impulso: na situação de
desligado, a fita não deve tocar no rolamento de
impulso.
3. Reaperte o parafuso.
4. Volte a colocar o resguardo da fita.
Regulação da tensão da correia de
transmissão
A correia de transmissão roda entre o veio motor e
o volante inferior. A sua tensão precisa de ser ajus-
tada se a folga for tal que ela cede mais do que 3
mm quando puxada para baixo com o polegar.
Para verificar e acertar:
1. Desaperte os quatro parafusos de fixação e
abra a tampa da máquina.
2. Verifique a folga da correia empurrando-a para
baixo com o seu polegar, a meio do percurso
entre o veio do motor e o volante inferior.
Se a correia precisar de tensionamento:
3. Desaperte os parafusos tensores.
4. Ajuste a tensão da correia até ficar correcta.
5. Volte a apertar os parafusos tensores.
6. Feche e fixe a tampa da máquina.
Substituição do entalhe da mesa
O entalhe da mesa deve ser substituído se o seu
encaixe estiver danificado.
1. Retire a mesa de corte da máquina.
2. Retire o entalhe danificado (empurre para cima
pelo lado de dentro da mesa).
3. Coloque um novo entalhe.
4. Volte a colocar a mesa de corte na máquina.
Limpeza da unidade
· Aspire ou varra com uma escova as aparas e o
pó, em especial na:
- guias da fita;
- elementos operacionais.
Caso necessário remova também as aparas e o pó
do interior da máquina.
