4. Desaperte o manípulo de fixação da tensão da
fita (seta cinzenta).
5. Rode o manípulo de regulação (seta preta), no
sentido contrário ao dos ponteiros de um reló-
gio, para diminuir a tensão da fita.
6. Tire a fita dos volantes e passe-a por entre os
diversos encaixes.
7. Coloque uma nova fita. Assegure a colocação
na posição correcta:
- Os dentes devem apontar para a frente da
máquina (onde a porta está presa),
- a fita deve ficar centrada nas borrachas de
cobertura dos volantes;
- a fita deve ficar entre as guias.
8. Rode o manípulo de regulação no sentido dos
ponteiros de um relógio até que a fita deixe de
escorregar.
9. Volte a colocar os resguardos da fita.
10. Volte a colocar o parafuso de fixação no
encaixe da mesa de corte.
11. Feche e fixe a tampa.
12. Depois:
- verifique a tensão da fita (ver „arranque inicial
da operação“);
- ajuste a guia superior da fita (ver em baixo).
Ajustamento da guia superior da fita
A guia superior da fita consiste em:
- dois rolamentos guia (para o encaminhamento
lateral da fita);
- um rolamento de impulso (para apoiar a fita pelo
lado posterior).
Estes rolamentos precisam de ser ajustados depois
de qualquer substituição de fita, ou depois de outros
ajustamentos.
Ajustamento dos rolamentos guias
1. Desaperte os dois parafusos recantilhados
(setas cinzentas) e retire os resguardos da fita
(seta preta)..
2. Desaperte o parafuso inferior do suporte da
guia (seta). Ajuste o suporte de modo a que
apenas os dentes serrilhados da fita fiquem
sobre os rolamentos guia.
3. Reaperte o parafuso.
