Caution:
Always use the sanding table.
The corundum sanding sheet must lie flat
on the sanding disc.
Any unevenness will result in the sheet
wearing out and tearing prematurely.
Use the downwards rotating part of the
sanding disc only, so as to prevent the
workpiece from lifting.
Replace a torn sanding sheet immediately.
Replace a worn sanding sheet before it
Note the position of the adhesive joint.
Incorrect fitting will result in the belt tearing
at the joint. The sanding belt supplied can
be used in both directions as a special
adhesive process has been used.
Caution:
Replace any torn sanding belts immediately.

Use vacuum dust-extraction equipment to
avoid generating excessive dust.

Lower the blade guard (11) fully. The lock
(10) opens to allow the sliding cover (27) to
be moved.
Loosen the knob screw (26) and shift the
red sliding cover (27) to the right and secure
in position.

The sanding disc is adjusted along with the
bandsawing table, as described in the
section on ”Assembly and adjustment”.

15.1 Stripping brush
The sanding disc (39) is adjusted along with
the bandsawing table, as described in the
section on ”Assembly and adjustment”.
15.2 Table insert
If the saw gap in the table insert is dama-
ged, the insert must be replaced.
15.3 Guide pins
Replace the guide pins in pairs only (top
and underside of the table at the same
time).
