Manufacturer's services

Regarding the manufacturer's online services,

the individual functions are described by the

manufacturer in a suitable place, forexample, in

the Owner's Manual or on the manufacturer's

website, where therelevant data protection

information is also given. Personal data may be

used forthe provision of online services. Data

are exchanged via a secure connection, such as

the manufacturer's designated IT systems. Any

personal data which are collected, processed

and used, other than forthe provision of serv‐

ices, is done so exclusively on the basis of legal

permission. This is the case, forexample, for a

legally prescribed emergency call system, a con‐

tractual agreement or when consent has been

given.

You can have services and functions, some of

which are subject to afee, activated or deactiva‐

ted. This excludes legally prescribed functions

and services, such as an emergency call system.

bility of the provider in question and subject to
