PREPARING THE APPLIANCE
Each individual appliance is checked at the factory but, for
safety’s sake, after unpacking, check carefully that your
appliance has not been damaged during transport.
• Checkwhetherthereisanyvisibledamage(e.g.inthe
form of dents or similar), if the door closes properly,
and if the hinges are in order.
• Iftheapplianceappearstohavebeendamaged,
contacttheshopwhereyouboughtit,anddonotuse
it until it has been checked by an authorised specialist.
• Beforeuse,checkthatyouhaveremovedalltransport
packaging inside and out.
Positioning the appliance
• Theappliancemuststandonaatsurfacecapableof
bearingitsweight(approx10.5kg).
• Theapplianceisnotsuitableforbuilt-intting.There
must be a clearance of at least 10 cm at the rear, 30
cmaboveand15cmatthesidestoensuresufcient
ventilation.
• Checkthattheventholesinthecabinetarenot
covered.Iftheyarecoveredwhiletheapplianceis
in use, there is a risk of overheating. Do not use the

Inserting the glass turntable
Beforeuse,ensuretheglassturntable(8)iscorrectly
seatedonitsspindle(9).Thethreerollersonthespindle
should run in the circular track on the underside of the
glass turntable.
Before using for the rst time
Asmallamountofsmokeandsmellmaybeemittedwhen
theapplianceisusedforthersttime.Thisisduetooil
residue from manufacture and is neither abnormal nor
hazardous.Smellscanbeeliminatedbystartingthegrill
programmeandlettingitrunforafewminutes.Smellsand
smoke should disappear as a result. Repeat the procedure
if this is not the case.
OPERATING THE APPLIANCE
Basicoperation
1. Place the food to be cooked in the appliance and
close the door.
2. Selectcookingfunctionasdescribedbelowandstart
the appliance.
3. Oncethesetcookingtimehaselapsed,theovenwill
switchoffautomatically.Fivebeepswillsoundandthe
displayshows“00.0”.Theapplianceisnowreadyfor
anewprogram.
4. Youcanstopthepreparationbypressingthe“Start/
Reset”button(7).Thisresetstheprogramonthe
appliance. For express cooking you need to hold
downthe“Start/Reset”buttontostopthecooking.
You can temporarily interrupt the cooking by opening
the oven door (practical if you need to turn the food
during cooking).
o Whenthecookingistemporarilyinterrupted,the
displaywillshowtheremainingcookingtime.
o You resume cooking by closing the oven door and
restarting the appliance.
5. Whentheovendoorisopen,youcanalsoresetthe
appliancebypressingthe“Start/Reset”button.
Express cooking
Expresscookingtakesplaceatfullmicrowavepowerfor
the number of minutes you set.
1. Pressthe“Start/Reset”buttonrepeatedlytosetthe
cooking time. Each time you press the button, the time
increasesby1minute.Themaximumcookingtime
that can be set is 30 minutes.
2. Theapplianceautomaticallycommencescookingat
fullmicrowavepowerimmediately.Thedisplaywill
showtheremainingtime.
3. You can increase the cooking time during cooking by
pressingthe“Start/Reset”button.Eachtimeyoupress
the button, the time increases by 1 minute.
