Manual cooking – selecting microwave
power level
1. Press the Power button (13) repeatedly to
select the required microwave power level
(see the various power levels in the table
below).

until the required cooking time is shown in
the display.

If you press the Power button during cooking,
the selected microwave power level will be
displayed.
Using the grill function
The grill program is ideal for thin pieces of
meat, burgers, chops, kebabs, sausages or
pieces of chicken. It can also be used for
toasted sandwiches and gratin dishes.
1. Press the Grill/Combi button (14) once.
The grill symbol and “G” are shown in the
display.
2. Turn the dial clockwise or anticlockwise
until the required cooking time is shown in
the display.
3. Press the dial to begin cooking. The display
will show the remaining time.
Combination cooking
The appliance has two combination programs,
which you can use if you want to cook food
using a combination of microwave power and
grill.
Combination program 1
Using combination program 1, food can be
cooked using 30 % microwave power and 70
% grill power. This program is ideal for fish,
potatoes or gratin dishes.
1. Press the Grill/Combi button until “C.1” is
shown in the display.
2. Turn the dial clockwise or anticlockwise
until the required cooking time is shown in
the display.
3. Press the dial to begin cooking. The display
will show the remaining time.
Combination program 2
Using combination program 2, food can be
cookedusing55%microwavepowerand45%
grill power. This program is ideal for omelettes,
baked potatoes and poultry.
1. Press the Grill/Combi button until “C.2” is
shown in the display.
2. Turn the dial clockwise or anticlockwise
until the required cooking time is shown in
the display.
3. Press the dial to begin cooking. The display
will show the remaining time.
Cooking in several stages
It is possible to program up to 4 consecutive
cooking functions and times.
1. Set the cooking function and power as
described above.
2. Set the cooking time but do not press the
dial to start cooking.
3. Repeatsteps1-2toprogramtherequired
stages. Press the dial to start cooking once
you have programmed the final stage.
Automatic defrosting
The appliance can be used to defrost meat,
poultry and fish/seafood. The defrosting time
and power is set automatically once you have
entered the weight of the food.
EXAMPLE: You want to defrost 600 g prawns.
1. Place the prawns to be defrosted in the
appliance.
