The device has four exit channels with connection sockets
for the patient
leads.
Patient lead
The patient lead has a device plug
attached at the end and branches into
two ends with one red and one white connector socket
for the connection
to the electrodes
or
. (the colour of the sockets has no meaning for the
electrode connection.)
Please connect the patient lead
first with its device plug
into the
connection socket
in the device.
Plug the electrode plugs into the free red and white connector sockets
at
the other end of the patient lead.
If you use all 4 patient leads
, you can connect exactly 8 electrodes to the
device.
Multiple cable
Alternatively you can also use a multiple cable
together with two patient
leads
.
A multiple cable has the device plug
at one end and branches in two ends
with connector sockets
for the patient leads.
Insert the multiple cable
with the device plug
into the connection socket
on the device first.
Then connect two patient leads
with the multiple cable
. Insert the
patient lead device plug
into the multiple cable
connector sockets
.
Then insert the electrode plugs
in the free red and white connector sockets
on the patient lead
.
Using one multiple cable
with two patient leads
you can thus connect
exactly two pairs of electrodes (4 electrodes in total) each to one connection
socket
on the device.
