Wasser- und Körperfettanteil

Hinweise zur richtigen Messung

Für die Körperfett-/Wassermessung müssen Sie barfuß auf den qua-

dratischen Messpunkten der Waage stehen, unter denen sich die

Elektroden befinden. Die Füße müssen trocken und sollen nicht ein-

gecremt sein.

Stehen Sie mit durchgestreckten Beinen, ohne die Kniee anzuwin-

keln, auf der Waage und achten Sie darauf, dass sich die Kniee

nicht berühren.

Messung durchführen

! Drücken Sie ON/OFF. Das Display zeigt kurz „HI“ und „1-12“.

! Während „1-12“ blinkt, wählen Sie den gewünschten Speicher-

platz. Er blinkt drei mal kurz auf. Anschließend werden die Ein-

stellungen für diesen Speicherplatz nacheinander kurz ange-

zeigt.

! Wenn das Display „0.0“ anzeigt, stellen Sie sich auf die Waage

Im Display erscheinen nun nacheinander folgende Anzeigen:

Gewicht

Messung des Körperfetts und Körperwassers

Prozentualer Körperfettanteil

Prozentualer Körperwasseranteil.

Danach stellt sich die Waage automatisch aus.

Gewichtseinheit ändern (vgl. “Weitere Funktionen” auf Seite 10).
