Alle berichten wissen
U kunt alleen berichten wissen die u al afgeluisterd hebt ("Oude
berichten").
Via het menu kunt u alle berichten wissen, zelfs als deze niet op dat moment
worden weergegeven.
Open het menu Antwoordapp.
Kies Bericht wissen en bevestig met OK.
Beantwoord de vraag Alles wissen? met Ja. De berichten worden gewist.
Memo's
Op het basisstation kunt u zelf een memo inspreken, bijvoorbeeld als
geheugensteuntje. Dit is niet mogelijk op de handset.
Memo's opnemen
Open het menu Antwoordapp.
Kies Memo opnemen en bevestig met OK.
U wordt gevraagd om na de toon uw memo in te spreken.
Spreek de tekst in met een normaal spreekvolume in de hoorn van het
basisstation resp. de microfoon van de handset.
Bevestig vervolgens Opslaan om de memo op te slaan.
Uw memo wordt nu afgespeeld. Op dit moment kunt u de memo wissen door
Wissen te bevestigen.
Memo's bewerken
Nadat u een memo hebt opgenomen, worden bij het binnenkomen van een
bericht op het antwoordapparaat het symbool
en de vermelding Nieuw
bericht weergegeven.
U kunt de memo afspelen door op de toets
te drukken.
Tijdens het afspelen kunt u de memo wissen door Wissen te bevestigen.
Meldteksten
Bij levering zijn twee meldteksten geactiveerd:
een meldtekst voor het ingeschakelde antwoordapparaat ("Antw.&opn.": de
beller kan een bericht inspreken op het antwoordapparaat);
een meldtekst voor het uitgeschakelde antwoordapparaat ("Alleen antw.": de
beller wordt verzocht het later nog een keer te proberen).
