Antwoordfunctie
Met het antwoordapparaat kunt u binnenkomende oproepen vastleggen of een
memo opnemen. In totaal kan tot acht minuten aan berichten worden
opgenomen.
Het antwoordapparaat voegt aan elk bericht automatisch de datum en tijd toe.
Daarom moet u datum en tijd instellen als u het antwoordapparaat goed wilt
kunnen gebruiken (zie pagina 4).
U kunt het antwoordapparaat besturen via het basisstation, met de handset en
vanaf een extern apparaat.
Uit- en inschakelen
Met de toets
U kunt het antwoordapparaat in- of uitschakelen vanaf het basisstation door
op de aan/uit-toets
op het basisstation te drukken.
Via het menu
Als u het antwoordapparaat wilt in- of uitschakelen via de handset of via het menu
op het basisstation gaat u als volgt te werk:
Open het menu, kies met  de optie Amtwoordapp. en bevestig met OK.
Kies AB Aan/Uit en bevestig met OK.
Selecteer Aan of Uit met links
/ rechts .
Bij uitgeschakeld antwoordapparaat wordt het symbool
weergegeven op het
display.
Ontvangen berichten beluisteren en bewerken
Inschakelmodus (vertraging) bij levering
Bij levering is de inschakelmodus van het antwoordapparaat als volgt ingesteld:
Bij de eerste oproep wordt het antwoordapparaat na het vierde oproepsignaal
ingeschakeld;
Bij de volgende oproepen wordt het antwoordapparaat na het eerste
oproepsignaal ingeschakeld.
Dit is de "besparingsmodus" voor extern afluisteren. Zie pagina 48 voor meer
informatie hierover en over het wijzigen van de antwoordvertraging.
