Rechtsordnungen erlauben keinen Ausschluss

von Beschränkungen von zufälligen Schäden,

Folgeschäden oder außerordentlichen Schäden,

so dass die oben genannten Beschränkungen

gegebenenfalls nicht auf Sie Anwendung ﬁ nden.

Außerdem erlauben einige Rechtsordnungen

keinen Ausschluss von stillschweigenden Ge-

währleistungen oder Beschränkungen, sofern

diese zeitlich begrenzt sind; folglich ﬁ nden auch

sen Vertrag implizierten Gewährleistungen auf

neunzig (90) Tage beschränkt. Einige Rechts-

stungen für den Fall, dass Körperschäden oder

Tod daraus resultieren; auch in diesem Fall

ﬁ nden die Beschränkungen oder der Ausschluss

auf Sie keine Anwendung. Für diese Rechts-

ordnungen Sie damit einverstanden, dass die

Verantwortung des Lieferanten der Schriften-

Software für derartige Körperschäden oder den

Tod 100.000 Euro nicht übersteigt, vorausge-

setzt, dass die jeweilige Rechtsordnung eine

solche Haftungsbeschränkung gestattet. Diese

Gewährleistung räumt Ihnen besondere Rechte

ein. Sie können zusätzliche Rechte haben, die

von Land zu Land und von Rechtsordnung zu

Rechtsordnung unterschiedlich sind. Außer in

den hier ausdrücklich genannten Fällen ist die
