IMPLIZIERTE, GEWÄHRLEISTUNG GE-
LIEFERT WIRD, INSBESONDERE OHNE
JEGLICHE GEWÄHRLEISTUNG DER ALLGE-
MEINEN GEBRAUCHSTAUGLICHKEIT UND
DER EIGNUNG FÜR EINEN BESTIMMTEN
ZWECK. Sie erklären sich damit einverstan-
den, dass die Schriften-Software ohne Ge-
währleistung dafür geliefert wird, dass sie frei
von Softwarefehlern ist. In keinem Fall sind
der Produktlieferant oder dessen Lieferanten,
einschließlich des Lieferanten der Schriften-
Software für entgangene Gewinne, Datenver-
luste oder andere Neben- oder Folgeschäden
von ihnen oder Dritten haftbar, auch wenn Sie
den Produktlieferanten oder den Lieferanten
der Schriften-Software auf die Möglichkeit
dieser Schäden hingewiesen haben. Sollte die
Schriften-Software im wesentlichen nicht frei
von Sachmängeln gemäß der Dokumentation
sein, so wird die gesamte und alleinige Ver-
antwortung und Nachbesserung nach Wahl
des Produktlieferanten auf (i) das Ersetzen der
mangelhaften Software oder (ii) die Rücker-
stattung der für die Schriften-Software entrich-
teten Lizenzzahlungen, eingeschränkt. Einige
