Inbedrijfstelling
In industriële situaties moeten elektrisch bediende ramen, deuren en hekken voor de eerste
inbedrijfstelling en indien nodig, doch ten minste eenmaal per jaar door een vakman worden
gecontroleerd.
Onderhoud
De Comfort 150DC/160DC is grotendeels onderhoudsvrij. De instelling van de
uitschakelautomaat 'Open' en 'Dicht' regelmatig controleren. Regelmatig dienen ook alle
bewegende delen van het deur- en het aandrijfsysteem gecontroleerd te worden en goed te
worden afgesteld. De deur moet gemakkelijk met de hand bediend kunnen worden; daarom
regelmatig controleren of de deur goed uitgebalanceerd is.

• Graisser le guide du chariot sur toutes ses faces.
• Avancer la gâchette (A), engager le chariot dans le rail suivant le sens indiqué puis remettre
la gâchette (A) dans sa position initiale.
• Enlever la goupille (B).

Boulonner l'embout (A) sur l'extrémité du rail.

de montage afin d'éviter toute erreur pouvant occasionner des
dommages à la porte ou à l'opérateur.

Lors des travaux de perçage, recouvrir l'opérateur d'une feuille ou d'un carton.
La poussière de perçage et les copeaux de métal peuvent provoquer des dérangements.

• Emmancher le rail dans la tête d'opérateur.
• Boulonner les vis de centrage (A) à travers le rail dans le corps de l'opérateur.
• Serrer fermement les 2 vis de blocage (B).

Sortir de leur emballage le rail ainsi que le bloc opérateur et les accessoires afin de les préparer
au montage.
