Voorbereiding: 15 min
Stoomtijd: 45-50 min op 100°
Voor 4 personen
1 glas risottorijst
200 g champignons
½ zakje Parmezaanse kaas
2 glazen water
1 kippenbouillonblokje
20 cl crème fraîche
zout, peper
Snijd het zandige uiteinde van de steeltjes van de
champignons. Spoel ze snel af onder de kraan.
Snijd de champignons met uw foodprocessor in
plakjes. Doe de rijst en de champignons in de
multifunctionele kom van de stoomkoker en meng
ze droog door elkaar. Voeg zout, peper, het
bouillonblokje en water toe.
Doe 1l water in het reservoir van de stoomkoker en
zet de multifunctionele kom in de stoomschaal, leg
het deksel erop en laat 45 min. stomen op 100°.
Regelmatig omroeren met een spatel. Op het
laatste moment de crème frche en de
Parmezaanse kaas toevoegen. Goed doorroeren
en warm opdienen.
