Bereiding Hoeveelheid Kooktijd Tips
Groenten
Artisjokken 4 middelgrote 60-70 min.
Asperges 700 g 30-35 min.
Leg ze gekruist in de schaal om de
stoom door te laten.
Aubergines 4 middelgrote 35 min.
Heel of, als u tijd wilt winnen, in
plakken gesneden.
Broccoli 700 g 25 min. Laat ruimte over tussen de roosjes.
Worteltjes 700 g 20-30 min.
Halverwege de kooktijd omroeren.
Snijd ze in stukjes om tijd te winnen.
Knolselderij 1 30 min. In grote dobbelstenen snijden.
Champignons 300 g 25-30 min. Heel.
Groene kool 1 middelgrote 30-40 min. In vieren gesneden.
Bloemkool
1 middelgrote 30-40 min. In roosjes verdeeld.
Courgettes
4 middelgrote 20-25 min. Hele.
4 middelgrote 15 min. In plakjes gesneden.
Witlof 4 middelgrote 35-40 min. Hele. Verwijder het bittere uiteinde.
Spinazie 500 g 20-25 min. De stoomschaal niet te vol doen.
Venkel 4 35 min. In vieren snijden.
Sperzieboontjes 700 g 45-50 min.
Sla 1 krop 15-20 min.
Doperwtjes 700 g 20 min.
Peultjes 700 g 25-35 min.
Prei 6 middelgrote 30-35 min.
Verwijder het groene gedeelte van
het blad.
Paprika 3 20-30 min.
Verwijder de zaadlijsten en snijd ze in
vieren.
Aardappels 20 kleine 25-30 min. Hele, ongeschild.
