1. Verwarm de oven voor op 210°C (th.7).
2. Was de groenten. Droog ze af. Verwijder zorgvuldig de zaadlijsten en zaadjes uit
de paprika.
3. Snijd de groenten afzonderlijk in de midi-kom met de 4 mm snijschijf.
4. Verdeel in een ovenschaal afwisselend een laagje gesneden tomaten, aubergines,
courgettes en paprika en de ongepelde knoflookteentjes*.
5. Bestrooi met de zwarte olijven, de tijm, de fijngeknipte basilicumblaadjes. Besprenkel
rijkelijk met olijfolie. Strooi er zout en peper op.
6. Zet de schaal in de oven en giet er halverwege de baktijd een half glas water over
om te voorkomen dat de groenten uitdrogen.

1. Mix alle ingrediënten 1 à 2 minuten in de kom met het metalen mes. Voeg zout en
peper toe.
2. Verhit wat olie in een kleine koekenpan. Doe het beslag met een opscheplepel in de
warme koekenpan en bak er kleine pannenkoekjes van, 1 minuut per kant.
Tip van de chef-kok: Heerlijk bij o.a. wild en gevogelte.
