1. Was de groenten, rasp de worteltjes en schil de ui.
2. Rasp in de midi-kom met de 4 mm raspschijf de worteltjes, de courgettes en
de meiraapjes.
3. Vervang de raspschijf door de 4 mm snijschijf. Snijd de paprika en de ui.
4. Breek de eieren boven de kom met het metalen mes. Voeg de fijngeknipte
bieslook, de room en de nootmuskaat toe. Voeg zout en peper toe. Laat de
machine 30 seconden draaien.
5. Beboter een ovenschaal en verdeel de groente op de bodem. Schenk het
eimengsel eroverheen. Leg de gehalveerde kerstomaatjes erop en bestrooi met
tijm.
6. Zet de schaal in de oven en bak het taartje gaar in de in de tabel vermelde
tijd bij 180°C (th. 6).
Tip van de chef-kok: Bij dit voorgerecht is een knoflooksausje erg lekker. Stel
de machine in werking en doe 2 knoflookteentjes in de mini-kom. Open het
deksel, duw* de knoflook met de spatel neer en voeg 1 tl fijne mosterd toe. Stel de
machine in werking en voeg via de invoerbuis 150 ml olie toe. Voeg naar smaak
zout en peper toe, gevolgd door het sap van een ½ citroen. Serveer dit taartje bij
voorkeur lauw en geef er deze saus en een salade met notenolie bij.
