1. Schil de aardappels en ui. Verwijder zaadlijsten en zaad uit de paprika.
2. Snijd in de midi-kom met de 4 mm snijschijf eerst de paprika, daarna de aardappels
en tot slot de ui. Zet de groenten opzij.
3. Fruit de ui 2 minuten op laag vuur in een beetje olijfolie in een kookpan.
4. Voeg de paprika en de knoflook toe en laat 10 minuten meefruiten onder af en toe
roeren.
5. Voeg het water en zout toe. Voeg de aardappels, de gemberpoeder en het bouquet
garni toe. Laat de opgegeven tijd met het deksel op de pan op laag vuur koken.
6. Verwijder het bouquet garni uit de soep. Mix de groenten in de kom met het metalen
mes en de Blender

ix, samen met de mascarpone en de olijfolie. Voeg vervolgens via
de invoerbuis beetje bij beetje de bouillon toe. Kruid de soep met de cayennepeper.
7. Laat de soep minstens 3 uur in de koelkast koelen.
8. Vlak voor het opdienen bestrooien met paprikapoeder.
