01. Snijd het lamsvlees in grote dobbelstenen en vermeng dit zorgvuldig met de
kerriepoeder. Laat 2 uur intrekken.
02. Snijd de banaan in schijfjes. Pel de knoflook en doe deze samen met de stukken
lamsvlees in de kom met het metalen mes. Laat de machine 45 seconden draaien.
Voeg dan de banaan toe. Druk 2 à 3 keer op PULSE. Voeg via de opening de eieren
toe. Zout en peper toevoegen en de machine nog 20 seconden laten draaien.
03. Controleer het mengsel op smaak. Het moet pittig gekruid zijn.
04. Verhit 2 eetlepels olie in een koekenpan. Fruit hierin het mengsel. Laat het 5 à 10
minuten bakken onder af en toe roeren.
05. Verwarm de oven voor op 180° C (th. 6).
06. Verwijder het papier van de brickvellen.
07. Leg in het midden van elk brickvel een beetje vulling. Vouw driehoekige of vierkante
pakketjes door de linker- en rechterrand en vervolgens de boven- onderrand om te
klappen*. Bestrijk de laatste vouw met eigeel om het pakketje af te sluiten.
08. Leg de pakketjes op een bakplaat bedekt met vetvrij papier met de vouw omlaag.
Bestrijk de bovenkant met eigeel.
09. Bak ze in ongeveer 15 minuten bruin.
10. Als de bricks te snel bruin worden,
de oventemperatuur verlagen.
