1. Los de kippenbouillonblokjes op in een pan met heet water.
2. Schrap de worteltjes en snijd ze met de 4 mm snijschijf. Kook ze in de bouillon
gaar.
3. Neem een stukje schil van de sinaasappel en laat dit met de worteltjes
meekoken. De ui schillen en in de mini-kom van uw foodprocessor fijnhakken.
Fruit de gehakte ui in de olijfolie.
4. Mix aan het eind van de kooktijd gedurende ca. 1 minuut de worteltjes, de ui,
het zout en de peper in de kom met het metalen mes en de Blendermix. Voeg
vervolgens via de invoerbuis geleidelijk de bouillon toe. Laat afkoelen.
5. Pers de sinaasappels met de citruspers en voeg het sap toe aan de afgekoelde
worteltjessoep. Voeg de acaciahoning en de komijn toe. Met de spatel goed
doorroeren.
6. Laat de soep minstens 3 uur in de koelkast koelen.
Tip van de chef-kok: Om de soep zachter van smaak te maken kunt u een
beetje crème fraîche toevoegen.
