1. Was de courgettes. Snijd ze in de midi-kom met de 4 mm snijschijf en laat ze in
kokend water met de kippenbouillonblokjes 20 minuten koken.
2. Mix de courgettes in de kom met het metalen mes en de Blender

gedurende 1 minuut. Voeg via de invoerbuis eerst de dragonblaadjes toe en dan
de room. Laat de machine draaien.
3. Voeg via de invoerbuis beetje bij beetje de bouillon toe totdat de soep de gewenste
dikte heeft.
4. Opdienen in soepkommen of soepborden gegarneerd met enkele blaadjes
dragon. Met peper en zout naar wens op smaak brengen.

1. Was de bloemkool en verdeel hem in roosjes. Doe water in een pan, voeg de
bloemkoolroosjes toe en laat ca. 30 minuten met het deksel op de pan koken.
2. Bak in die tijd de spekjes uit in een koekenpan. Mix de spekjes in de kom met het
metalen mes en de Blender

ix. Laat de machine draaien en voeg de gekookte
bloemkoolroosjes toe met wat kookvocht.
3. Voeg zodra u een puree heeft de room, de nootmuskaat, het zout en de peper
toe.
4. Breng verder op smaak. Warm serveren.
