1. Verwarm de oven voor op 180 °C (th.6).
2. Rasp de gruyère in de midi-kom met de 2 mm raspschijf en bewaar.
3. Doe de olijven in de mini-kom en druk 2/3 keer op PULSE. Snijd de ham in blokjes.
4. Doe het meel en de eieren in de kom met het metalen mes. Laat de machine 40
seconden draaien.
5. Voeg via de opening de warme melk en de olie toe. Duw het deeg neer* met de spatel.
Voeg de bakpoeder, de olijven, de gruyère, de ham, zout en peper aan het beslag toe.
Druk 2 à 3 keer op PULSE om te homogeniseren.
6. Beboter een cakevorm en vul deze met het mengsel.
7. Bak de cake in ca. 45 minuten in de oven. Controleer of hij gaar is door er met de
punt van een mes in te prikken. De cake is gaar als het mes er droog uitkomt.
8. Laat in de oven afkoelen met de ovendeur op een kier. Uit de vorm nemen en
serveren.
Tip van de chef-kok: U kunt de vulling naar hartenlust variëren.
