Guacamole
In de kom (of bij de Mini Plus in de mini-kom) de koriander
met de knoflook fijnhakken.
In de kom met het metalen mes de ui hakken en via de
invoergoot het gepelde en in stukjes gesneden vruchtvlees
van de avocado's toevoegen, gevolgd door het citroensap,
deTabasco, de kruiden, de mayonaise, het zout de koriander
en de knoflook. Enkele keren op Pulse drukken en dan 10
seconden laten draaien.
De guacamole in een schaal doen en tot gebruik in de
koelkast zetten.
Serveren met tortilla chips.
Ingrediënten:
(voor 4 personen))
10 takjes verse
koriander
1 uitje
1/2 teentje knoflook
2 rijpe avocado's
1 limoen
enkele druppels Tabasco
1 mespuntje gemalen
komijn
2 eetl. mayonaise
1 mespuntje zout
1 mespuntje chilipoeder
De uien pellen, met de snijschijf in dunne plakjes snijden
en zachtjes in de koekenpan in een eetlepel warme olie
smoren. De gekneusde knoflook, de gepelde tomaten en
de tomatenpuree toevoegen. Ongeveer 10 minuten laten
sudderen.
In de kom met het metalen mes het vlees hakken door
enkele keren op Pulse te drukken. De 2 resterende eetle-
pels olie in een pan verwarmen en hierin het vlees bruin
bakken. De tomatensaus, zout, peper, chili- en karwijpoe-
der, 1 druppel Tabasco en het bouquet garni toevoegen.
