Keukengerei: 1 taart-

Piedeeg
De bloem, het zout en de in stukjes gesneden boter in
de kom met het metalen mes doen.
De machine aanzetten en vervolgens via de invoergoot
het water toevoegen.
De machine laten draaien en uitzetten zodra het deeg
een bal heeft gevormd.
Het deeg 1 uur op een koele plaats laten rusten.
Ingrediënten:
(voor 400 g)
200 g bloem
100 g zachte boter
1 mespuntje zout
5 cl water
Bereidingstijd: 5 min.

Frambozensaus
De frambozen sorteren.
De frambozen met de suiker in de kom met het
metalen mes doen.
De machine 2 minuten laten draaien, terwijl u
geleidelijk via de invoergoot het water toevoegt.
Met de citruspers de citroen persen.
Het sap door de saus mengen.
De saus zo serveren of door een zeef gieten, om een
saus zonder pitjes te krijgen.
N.B. Deze saus kan ook van andere, zoetere vruchten
worden bereid. Verminder in dit geval de hoeveelheid
suiker met 20 à 30%.

300 g verse of diepvries
frambozen
100 g suiker
sap van 1 citroen
1 glas water
