Für 1 Liter
3 große Tomaten
1 Stange Sellerie
2 große rote Äpfel
1 kleine Mango
1 große Zwiebel
15 cl Essig
250 g Kristallzucker
1 TL Salz
Die Pürier-Presse in Ihren Le Duo Plus einsetzen.
Tomaten, Sellerie und Äpfel waschen und in Stücke
schneiden. Die Mango schälen, entsteinen und in
Stücke schneiden.
Mit den Tomaten, dem Sellerie, den Äpfeln und der
Mango ein Coulis zubereiten.
Die Zwiebel schälen und hacken. Das Coulis in einen
Kochtopf geben und die gehackte Zwiebel sowie die
anderen Zutaten hinzufügen. Mischen und 1 Std. auf
kleiner Flamme unter ständigem Rühren garen las-
sen. Abkühlen lassen und in sterilisierte Gläser füllen.

Für ca. 30 cl

1 EL Puderzucker
Die Mango schälen, entsteinen, in Stücke schneiden
und in der Pürier-Presse verarbeiten. 1 EL
Puderzucker dazugeben und umrühren.
Eignet sich hervorragend als Beilage zu
Schokoladen- oder Kokosnusskuchen.
Mango-Coulis
• Zubereitungsdauer: 5 min
Für ca. 30 cl
250 g Himbeeren

/2 Zitrone
3 EL Crème de Cassis*
3 EL Puderzucker
*Übermäßiger Alkoholgenuss
gefährdet die Gesundheit.
Die Himbeeren vorsichtig waschen und in der
Pürier-Presse verarbeiten. Puderzucker, Crème de
Cassis und einen Spritzer Zitronensaft hinzufügen.
Gut mischen.
Als Sauce zu Eis oder Sorbet.
