COCKTAILS ET BOISSONS RECONSTITUANTES

Pour 4 verres

/4 pastèque
6 grosses fraises
1 citron vert
20 cl de thé Earl Grey froid
feuilles de menthe
Préparez une tasse de thé Earl Grey peu infusé, et
laissez-le refroidir.
Epluchez et coupez en morceaux la pastèque (il est
inutile de l’épépiner). Pelez le citron à vif et cou-
pez-le en 4. Essuyez délicatement les fraises avec
un papier absorbant humide, passez-les à la
centrifugeuse ou au presse nectar-coulis (pour un
aspect plus onctueux) et enchaînez avec la pastèque
et le citron vert. Ajoutez le thé glacé et mélangez.
Répartissez dans les verres et décorez de feuilles
de menthe.

Pour 4 verres
300 g de framboises
1 belle grappe de raisins
noirs
300 g de yaourt crémeux
100 ml de lait
1
/2 cc de poivre blanc
2 cc de miel
Préparez un coulis de framboises (réservez
quelques framboises pour la décoration). Lavez et
égrappez le raisin puis passez-le également au
presse nectar-coulis. Réservez environ 100 ml du
coulis framboise-raisin et mélangez le reste au
fouet avec le yaourt, le lait, le poivre et le miel.
Répartissez le coulis réservé dans 4 verres bas,
puis versez délicatement par dessus le yaourt
mélangé.
