Romige soep van rode linzen met kokosmelk
Selderijroomsoep met blauwe kaas
Voor 4 personen
250 g rode linzen
1 tl komijn
20 g boter
1 l water
2 kippenbouillonblokjes
250 ml kokosmelk
zout, peper
Voor 4 personen
½ knolselderij
1 grote aardappel
1 l kippenbouillon
200 ml magere kookroom
50 g blauwe kaas
enkele walnoten
peper
Bereiding: 10 min • Kooktijd: 20 min
Bereiding: 10 min • Kooktijd: 35 min
De linzen goed spoelen.
In een grote pan de linzen en de komijn in de boter op laag
vuur 3 minuten fruiten.
Voeg 1 l water en de kippenbouillonblokjes toe en breng
het geheel aan de kook. Leg het deksel op de pan en laat
15 minuten koken op matig vuur. Voeg de kokosmelk,
peper en zout toe. Schenk de inhoud van de pan in de kom
van de blender en mix 1 minuut op functie
, totdat u
een romige soep heeft.
Schil de knolselderij en de aardappel en snijd ze in grote
dobbelstenen
Kook deze 35 minuten in 1 liter kippenbouillon.
Doe de groenten met ongeveer de helft van de vloeistof in
de kom van de blender; voeg de room en de versnipperde
kaas en noten toe. Strooi er versgemalen peper op. Mix 1
minuut op functie
, gebruik zo nodig de spatel om alles
goed te vermengen. Voeg eventueel nog wat kookbouillon
toe, als u een meer vloeibare textuur wilt.
