Voor 6 personen
500 g witlof
1 grote ui
25 g boter
500 ml kippenbouillon
200 ml kookroom
½ tl kristalsuiker
nootmuskaat
zout, peper
Voor 6 personen
1 wortel
1 kleine prei
1 stuk bleekselderij (5 cm)
2 gekookte aardappels
2 el tomatenpuree
25 g boter
zout, peper
1 l kokend water
Bereiding: 20 min • Kooktijd: 30 min
Bereiding: 5 min • Kooktijd: 5 min
Breng het water aan de kook.
Maak ondertussen de rauwe groenten schoon en snijd ze
in stukken.
Doe alle ingrediënten in de kom van de blender en mix 1
minuut op functie
.
Tip: u kunt de gekookte aardappels vervangen door een
ander gekookt zetmeelhoudend ingrediënt: een restje
pasta, rijst e.d.
De ui schillen en jn snipperen.
De witlof onder water afspoelen, beschadigde bladeren
verwijderen en het harde gedeelte aan de onderkant
verwijderen door dit met een scherp mesje uit te boren (om
de bittere smaak weg te nemen).
De struikjes in de lengte halveren.
Laat in een braadpan de boter, de ui en de witlof 10
minuten zachtjes stoven met het deksel op de pan.
Met zout en peper bestrooien, de suiker toevoegen en wat
geraspte nootmuskaat.
Voeg de kippenbouillon toe en laat nog 20 minuten
koken.
Mix alles 1 minuut in de blender op functie
.
Voeg tot slot de kookroom toe en mix nog 10 seconden op
snelheid 2.
Warm serveren.
