1. Préchauffez le four à 220°C (th. 7).
2. Dans la cuve munie du pétrin, versez la cassonade, le sel, le sucre, le beurre coupé en
morceaux, les œufs. Laissez tourner 30 secondes.
3. Ajoutez la farine, la levure et les pépites de chocolat. Laissez tourner 20 secondes.
4. A l’aide d’une cuillère à soupe, déposez des petits tas. Posez-les sur du papier sulfurisé
en laissant suffisamment de place entre chaque cookie (ils vont s’étaler à la cuisson).
5. Faites cuire 8-10 minutes au four.
6. Laissez refroidir avant de déguster.
Astuce du chef : ces cookies sont encore meilleurs si vous ajoutez des cacahuètes salées.
