01. Nella bacinella con il coltello in metallo, mettere le foglie di menta e di coriandolo.
Avviare per alcuni secondi.
02. Sbucciare la cipolla e tagliarla a pezzi. Aggiungerla nella bacinella e dare 5 impulsi.
03. Tagliare a pezzi grossi la carne. Aggiungerla nella bacinella. Avviare l’apparecchio
per 20 secondi in modo da tritare la carne e non ridurla a un purè. Aggiungere
l’olio di oliva, la cipolla, le erbe e le spezie. Salare e pepare. Dare 2 impulsi.
04. Formare delle polpettine con le mani e infilarle su dei bastoncini per spiedini.
Mettere in forno in posizione “grill”, oppure sul barbecue o in una grande padella
antiaderente
05. Lasciar cuocere circa 10 minuti sorvegliando la cottura.
Consigli del cuoco: servire con patate al vapore, purè o bulgur.
