BACINELLA MEDIA E DISCHI
La bacinella media è ideale per grattugiare e tagliare a affettare le verdure,
la frutta e il formaggio.
Cavolo: arrotolare le foglie le une sulle altre dopo aver tolto il torsolo.
Alcuni alimenti come la carota macchiano la plastica. Utilizzare uno scottex
imbevuto di olio vegetale per attenuare la colorazione.
BACINELLA GRANDE
• Per le preparazioni liquide, non riempire mai la bacinella oltre 1/3.
• Per le preparazioni solide, non riempire oltre i 2/3 della bacinella.
. COLTELLO IN METALLO
Per le grandi quantità, tagliare gli alimenti come la carne, le verdure …
a cubetti di 2 cm.
Carne, pesce: per tritare la carne o il pesce, utilizzare la funzione pulse per
controllare meglio il risultato finale.
Purè di verdure: porre gli alimenti cotti tagliati a cubetti grossi nella
bacinella e frullarli con il coltello in metallo. Lavorare dapprima con la
funzione PULSE e poi in funzionamento continuo (AUTO) fino a che non si
ottiene la consistenza voluta.
BLENDERMIX
Zuppe, impasto per le crepe, cocktail: posizionare il coltello in metallo, aggiungere tutti
gli ingredienti nella bacinella. In seguito mettere l’accessorio
Blender
m
ix nella bacinella e
avviare l’apparecchio.
