1. Die Zwiebel vierteln und in die kleine Schüssel geben. Dreimal die PULSE-Taste
betätigen.
2. Das Gerät einschalten. Die geschälten und in große Stücke geschnittenen Avocados,
den Limettensaft, die Crème fraîche, einige Tropfen Tabasco und einen Spritzer
Olivenöl hinzufügen.
3. Etwa 1 Min. pürieren, bis sich eine homogene Masse bildet.
Abschmecken.
Tipp vom Küchenchef: Ein paar Tomatenwürfel hinzufügen.
SAUCEN & DIPS
Guacamole (Avocado-Dip)
Zubereitungszeit: 5 min
2 reife Avocados
1 EL Crème fraîche
1 kleine (oder junge) Zwiebel
1 gepresste Limette
Tabasco, Olivenöl
Salz und Pfeffer
Für 1 Portion
1. Die Sardellen in Küchenkrepp trocknen, die Scheibe Weißbrot in Milch einweichen
und ausdrücken.
2. Die Sardellen, das Brot, die entkeimten Knoblauchzehen, den Essig und den Pfeffer in
die kleine Schüssel geben.
3. Das Gerät etwa 30 Sek. laufen lassen, bis sich eine homogene Masse bildet. Den Deckel
öffnen und die Crème fraîche hinzugeben. Das Gerät laufen lassen, bis sie vollkommen
untergemischt wurde.
Tipp vom Küchenchef: Passt hervorragend zu Rohgemüse.

Zubereitungszeit: 10 min
200 g Sardellen in Olivenöl
160 ml Crème fraîche
2 Knoblauchzehen
1 Scheibe Weißbrot
1 TL Balsamessig
Milch, Pfeffer
