6 vellen brik
200 g verse geitenkaas
2 eetlepels fijngesneden munt
2 eetlepels fijngesneden bieslook
2 eetlepels fijngesneden
bladpeterselie
1 ei + een eierdooier
zout, peper
frituurolie
Voorbereiding: 20 minuten
Baktijd: 3 tot 4 minuten per serie
Meng de geitenkaas met een vork, voeg er het
opgeklopte ei en de kruiden aan toe, een beetje zout,
peper.
Spreid de vellen brik uit, snijd ze in tweeën. Leg op
elk van de halve vellen brik in een reep een eetlepel
geitenkaas, vouw de kanten op, rol het vel tot een
sigaar. Plak de uiteinden m.b.v. een penseel met de
opgeklopte eierdooier dicht.
Verhit de friteuse tot 180° C, bak de kaassigaren in
kleine series gedurende 3 tot 4 minuten goudbruin.
Laat ze uitlekken in de frituurmand en vervolgens op
keukenpapier. Houd ze warm terwijl u de volgende
serie frituurt.
Warm serveren, bij voorkeur op een salade van
geraspte wortels en selderij.
