SELECCION DEL QUEMADOR
En el panel de mandos, cerca de cada
uno de ellos está grabado un esquema
en el que se indica el quemador que
regula dicho mando.
La selección del quemador más adecua-
do se debe efectuar también en función
del diámetro y de la capacidad necesa-
ria.
A título orientativo, los quemadores y
recipientes se deben utilizar como sigue:
Es importante que el diámetro del reci-
piente sea adecuado a la potencia del
quemador para no perjudicar el elevado
rendimiento de los quemadores con el
consiguiente derroche de combustible.
Un recipiente pequeño colocado sobre
un quemador grande, no permite alcan-
zar la ebullición en menos tiempo, pues-
to que la capacidad de absorción del
calor por la masa líquida depende del
fondo y de la superficie del recipiente.
¡Cuidado!: Durante el funcionamiento
la placa alcanza elevadas temperatu-
ras en las zonas de cocción.
