USO DE LOS QUEMADORES
La entrada de gas en los quemadores
esta regulada por las empuñaduras de
la fig. 3.1.
Haciendo coincidir los símbolos impre-
sos en la empuñadura con el índice de
los cuadro de distribución del aparato se
obtiene:
– disco lleno
= grifo cerrado
– símbolo = abertura max. o
capacidad max.
– símbolo = abertura min.
o capacidad min.
Para obtener la capacidad reducida,
girar ulteriormente la empuñadura a final
de carrera en correspondencia del
símbolo que representa la llama
pequeña.
La capacidad máxima sirve para llevar a
ebullición los liquidos, mientras que la
reducida permite calentar los alimentos
en manera lenta o mantener la ebulli-
ción.
Todas las posiciones de funcionamiento
tienen que ser escogidas entre las del
punto máximo y las del punto mínimo y
nunca entre las del punto máximo y el
punto de cierre.

Quemadores de gas CON ENCENDIDO
ELÉCTRICO
1 Para encender el quemador, presio-
ne y gire el botón correspondiente,
hasta la posición de capacidad
máxima (llama grande ) y
manténgalo presionado hasta que
se encienda el quemador.
(Si falta corriente eléctrica, acerque
una llama al quemador).
.
2 Ajuste el grifo del gas en la posición
deseada.
N.B. Cuando el plano de cocción
no es utilizado, girar las empuña-
duras de los grifos en posición de
cerrado y cerrar tambien los grifos
de la bombona o del conducto de
alimentación del gas
