Pour 6 à 8 personnes
9. Former un rouleau de 15 cm de long environ avec les bonbons mous aux fruits.Plier le rouleau en deux sur son milieu et l'enrouler sur lui-
même autour d'un cure-dents pour former une corne.
10. Avec un rouleau à pâtisserie, aplatir 2 bonbons mous aux fruits et les découper en forme d'oreilles.Coller un cure-dents au dos de chaque
oreille à l'aide des chutes de bonbon.
11. Passer le glaçage au sucre au micro-ondes pendant 30 secondes, mélanger, et remettre le tout au micro-ondes pendant encore 30
secondes jusqu'à ce qu'il puisse être versé.Verser le glaçage au sucre sur les beignets.
12. Décorer les beignets avec les perles de sucre.Ajouter la corne et les oreilles.
Pparation
1. Mettre la poêle sur la plaque de cuisson et régler le feu le plus fort. Ajouter les
cerises, le sucre et le jus de citron et faire bouillir.
2. Retirer la poêle du feu. Tenir le couvercle prêt pour le cas où la flamme devrait
être éteinte en le mettant en place sur la poêle. Veiller à ce qu'aucun matériau
inflammable ne se trouve aux alentours.Verser le brandy dans la poêle,
l'allumer et flamber les cerises. Pendant qu'il brûle, secouer prudemment la
poêle jusqu'à ce que la flamme s'éteigne.
3. Servir sur de la glace à la vanille.

Jus de 1 citron
2/3 tasse de Brandy
