1. Mettre la farine, le piment en poudre, le curcuma, le sel, le sucre et l'eau dans
un saladier et mélanger jusqu'à ce que la préparation ait une consistance
crémeuse.
2. Ajouter les oignons dans le saladier et bien agiter pour qu'ils soient bien
recouverts et couvrir. Mettre au frais pendant 1 heure.
3. Mettre la poêle sur la plaque de cuisson. Verser l'huile dans la poêle et la
réchauffer à 190 °C. Former de petites boules à partir du mélange et les frire
dans l'huile jusqu'à ce qu'elles soient croustillantes.
4. Mélanger les ingrédients de la sauce dans un mixer.
5. Servir les oignons frits avec la sauce.
