4. Insérer le tambour dans la trémie en fixant la manivelle à l‘extrémité du tambour. Pour ce faire, serrer la molette sur la manivelle.
5. Couper les aliments en morceaux afin qu‘ils passent dans la trémie. Remarque : ne pas utiliser de fruits à noyaux durs car ils risqueraient d‘endommager la lame.
6. Pour finir, verser dans la trémie et presser à l‘aide du poussoir puis tourner la manivelle. Remarque : toutes les lames sont particulièrements tranchantes.
Veillez à toujours vous assurer d‘utiliser le poussoir. Toujours utiliser le poussoir avec la flèche sur le devant, de sorte qu‘il soit aligné avec le tambour. Ne jamais
pousser les aliments avec les doigts !
7. Pour retirer l‘appareil du plan de travail, tourner la bague rotative dans le sens antihoraire.
