Zweckbestimmung: Der Life Fitness Lifecycle Heimtrainer ist ein Trainingsgerät,

das die Bewegungen beim Radfahren mit verschiedenen Geschwindigkeiten und

Widerstandsstufen simuliert.

Falsches oder übermäßiges Training auf dem Fitnessgerät kann zu Verletzungen

führen. Sofern Risikofaktoren vorliegen empfiehlt Life Fitness NACHDRÜCKLICH, sich

vor erstmaliger Trainingsaufnahme ärztlich untersuchen zu lassen. Dies gilt für

Personen, die eine vererbungsbedingte Anlage zu Bluthochdruck oder Herzleiden

haben, über 45 Jahre alt sind, rauchen, überhöhte Cholesterinwerte aufweisen,

übergewichtig sind und/oder im letzten Jahr nicht regelmäßig Sport getrieben haben.

Life Fitness empfiehlt außerdem, die ordnungsgemäße Verwendung dieses Produkts

von einem Fachmann erläutern zu lassen.

Wenn beim Training Schwäche, Schwindelgefühl, Schmerzen oder Atemnot auftreten,

muss das Training sofort abgebrochen werden.
