1 1/2 mjerice vode ili temeljca
1/2 mjerice mlijeka
200 g govedine, isjeckane
2 jaja
1 crveni luk, isjeckan
50 g graška
100 g izribanog sira
Sol i papar kao začin
1. Sve sastojke stavite u duboku i veliku zdjelu koja
se može sigurno koristiti u mikrovalnoj pećnici.
Pokrijte s plastičnom folijom i pustite neka zrak
izađe.
2. Zdjelu stavite u pećnicu.
Odaberite izbornik i pritisnite gumb
START/UNOS.
3. Nakon pripreme, promiješajte i pustite, po potrebi,
neka hrana odstoji poklopljena 5 - 10 minuta.
1. Sve sastojke potrebne za umak bolognese stavite
u duboku i veliku zdjelu i dobro promiješajte.
Pokrijte s plastičnom folijom i pustite neka zrak
izađe.
2. Hranu stavite u pećnicu. Odaberite izbornik,
pritisnite gumb START/UNOS. Promiješajte
barem dvaput tijekom pripreme hrane.
3. Nakon kuhanja, promiješajte i umak bolognese
dodajte na skuhanu tjesteninu i začinite s ribanim
sirom ili prema želji prije posluživanja.
1. Odrežite vrhove rajčica tako da izgledaju poput
šešira i uklonite sjemenke, vodite računa da ne
probijete meso ili kožu rajčice.
Zatim svaku rajčicu posolite i popaprite.
2. Ostale sastojke dodajte u zdjelu, dobro ih
promiješajte.
3. Napunite rajčice s mješavinom goveđeg mesa i
zatvorite ih s odsječenim dijelom u obliku "šešira".
4. Punjene rajčice stavite u posudu i poklopite je s
plastičnom folijom.
5. Hranu stavite u pećnicu. Odaberite izborni i
pritisnite gumb START/UNOS.
