Zorg ervoor dat er geen afwijkingen in de afdrukkwaliteit zijn.
a Navigeer met behulp van het bedieningspaneel naar Instellingen
> Problemen oplossen > Testpagina's voor afdrukkwaliteit
afdrukken.
b Corrigeer eventuele afwijkingen in de afdrukkwaliteit. Zie
'Problemen met de afdrukkwaliteit' op pagina 149 voor meer infor-
matie.
Is de faxafdrukkwaliteit in orde?
Het probleem is
opgelost.
Ga naar stap 2.
Stap 2
Verlaag de faxtransmissiesnelheid voor binnenkomende faxen.
a Blader op het bedieningspaneel naar:
Instellingen > Fax > Analoge faxinstellingen > Faxontvangstin-
stellingen > Admin bedieningselementen.
b Selecteer een lagere overdrachtssnelheid in het menu Max.
Is de faxafdrukkwaliteit in orde?
Het probleem is
opgelost.

a Schakel de printer uit en schakel de printer na ongeveer tien
seconden weer in.
b Verzend de scantaak opnieuw.

a Zorg ervoor dat de kabels tussen de printer en afdrukserver goed
zijn bevestigd.
Raadpleeg de meegeleverde installatiedocumentatie van de
printer voor meer informatie.
b Verzend de scantaak opnieuw.
Kunt u de scantaak verzenden?
Het probleem is
opgelost.

  • I have an MC3224 printer attached to a DELL laptop with Windows 10 installed. I'm trying to set up to scan to the computer. All I can find is that I need an IP # for the printer, which I do not have or at least cannot find. What can I do to make this thing operate ? Submitted on 25-5-2022 at 00:33

  • My MC3224 displays a paper jam fault. There is no jam, but the printer will not reset the fault. Nothing I have done helps. Is there a way to reset the fault? Submitted on 14-10-2021 at 14:15
