2.1 De Combimat
De Leventi Combimat DGT oven is er in meerdere afmetingen. Deze handleiding is voor
alle ovens hetzelfde.De gasuitvoering van type oven is er in slechts één uitvoering.
2.1.1 Inhoud van de oven.
Er zijn verschillende maten van de Combimat DGT oven. Er zijn versies met 2, 4, 5
(Compact), 6, 10 en 15 plaatgeleiders. De gasuitvoering van dit type oven is er alleen met
zes en 10 plaatgeleiders. Zie voor een overzicht op pagina 37.
Per plaat is er ruimte voor bijvoorbeeld 6 borden of 3 GN-schalen. Zie figuur 2 .
2.2 Uitvoering bedieningspaneel
Er zijn drie verschillende uitvoeringen van de Combimat DGT. Deze uitvoeringen
kunnen al dan niet met een boiler uitgerust zijn.
In figuur 3 ziet u verschillende versies van het bedieningspaneel.
De gasuitvoering van de Combimat DGT wordt alleen geleverd met versie 3 van het bedieningspaneel.
De DGT 1 is de standaard uitvoering.
De DGT 2 heeft tevens een kerntemperatuurmeter.
De DGT 3 heeft naast de kerntemperatuurvoeler de Cook&Hold toets, de regeneertoets en Climat
