Basic operations
Switch on your radio for the first time
Mains Connection
Make sure that all of the components connected correctly.
Check that the voltage level required by your equipment matches the local mains supply,
namely 230 V/AC-50Hz. Plug the unit into the wall outlet
Clock back up battery
- Remove the battery compartment cover
- Insert 2xAAA size 1.5V batteries, ensuring correct polarity as indicated inside the battery
compartment.
NOTE: Check your batteries regularly, old or discharged batteries may leak and damage the
unit. When replacing batteries always ensure you do not mix old and new batteries and
replace with the same type batteries.
Listening to the Radio
- Set the Function switch to ON mode to power on the unit.
- Choose the radio band (FM, FM ST.) Using the AUX/FM/FM ST. band switch.
- Search for the station of your choice using the Tuning knob.
- To switch off the radio, set the Function Switch to select the POWER off or AUTO mode
to off the unit.
NOTE: For optimum FM radio reception, extend the FM antenna wire.
Aux in function
- Set the Function switch to ON mode to power on the unit.
- Set the AUX/FM/FM ST. Switch to select the AUX function.
- You can put the other audio products through the Aux in jack to play the music.
