DISPOSITIVOS, LOS FALTANTES SE PUEDEN INSTALAR EN LAS TUBERÍAS DE IDA DEL TERMOPRODUCTO A UNA DISTANCIA DEL
TERMOPRODUCTO QUE NO SUPERE 1 M. TODOS ESTOS COMPONENTES NO DEBEN TENER POR NINGUNA RAZÓN, ÓRGANOS
DE CORTE QUE PUEDAN ACCIDENTALMENTE EXCLUIRLOS, Y DEBEN SER UBICADOS EN AMBIENTES QUE NO SEAN EXPUESTOS
AL HIELO YA QUE, SI SE CONGELARAN, PODRÍAN CAUSAR LA ROTURA O LA EXPLOSIÓN DE LA CALDERA.
OBLIGATORIAMENTE LOS TERMOPRODUCTOS PARA LA CALEFACCIÓN DOMÉSTICA INSERTADOS EN LAS INSTALACIONES DE
CALEFACCIÓN DE VASO CERRADO DEBEN TENER EN SU INTERIOR UN CIRCUITO DE ENFRIAMIENTO PREPARADO POR EL FABRICANTE DEL
EQUIPO, ACTIVADO POR UNA VÁLVULA DE SEGURIDAD TÉRMICA VEA EL CAPÍTULO VAST QUE NO REQUIERA ENERGÍA AUXILIAR, PARA
GARANTIZAR QUE NO SE SUPERE LA TEMPERATURA LÍMITE QUE IMPONE LA NORMA. LA CONEXIÓN ENTRE EL GRUPO DE ALIMENTACIÓN
Y LA VÁLVULA NO DEBE TENER INTERCEPTACIONES. LA PRESIÓN EN LA PARTE DELANTERA DEL CIRCUITO DE ENFRIAMIENTO DEBE SER DE
AL MENOS 1,5 BARES.
VÁLVULA MEZCLADORA ANTICONDENSACIÓN OBLIGATORIO SUMINISTRABLE COMO OPCIONAL
La válvula mezcladora anti-condensación tiene aplicación en los generadores térmicos de combustible sólido, ya que previene el retorno del
agua fría en el intercambiador (cap. LA INSTALACIÓN). Los tramos 1 y 3 siempre están abiertos y, junto con la bomba instalada en el retorno
(R), garantizan la circulación del agua en el interior del intercambiador de la caldera de biomasa (CB).
Una temperatura de retorno elevada permite mejorar la eciencia, reduce la formación de condensación de los humos y alarga la vida útil
de la caldera. Las válvulas que se encuentran en el comercio presentan calibraciones diferentes, La NORDICA RECOMIENDA EL USO DEL
MODELO DE 55 °C CON CONEXIONES HIDRÁULICAS DE 1”. Una vez alcanzada la temperatura de calibración de la válvula, se abre el tramo
2 y el agua de la caldera va a la instalación mediante la impulsión (M).
IMPORTANTE: NO INSTALAR EL DISPOSITIVO ANULA LA GARANTÍA DEL INTERCAMBIADOR DE CALOR.
VAST  VÁLVULA AUTOMÁTICA DESCARGA TÉRMICA DSA SUMINISTRABLE COMO OPCIONAL
LOS TERMOPRODUCTOS DE COMBUSTIBLE SÓLIDO SE DEBEN INSTALAR CON LOS DISPOSITIVOS DE SEGURIDAD PREVISTOS POR LAS
LEYES VIGENTES EN MATERIA. PARA ESTO, EL TERMOPRODUCTO CUENTA CON UNA SERPENTINA DE DESCARGA TÉRMICA.
La serpentina de descarga térmica se debe conectar por un lado a la red hídrica (cap. LA INSTALACIÓN / cap. DIMENSIONES - A) y por el otro a
la red de drenaje (C). La válvula automática descarga térmica DSA, cuyo bulbo se ha de conectar al racor B, habilita la entrada de agua fría en
la serpentina de la caldera al alcanzarse la temperatura de seguridad, descargando el exceso térmico mediante el tubo C hacia una descarga
oportunamente instalada. La presión en la parte delantera del circuito de enfriamiento debe ser de al menos 1,5 bares.
ADVERTENCIA: NO NOS RESPONSABILIZAMOS POR EL FUNCIONAMIENTO INCORRECTO DE UNA INSTALACIÓN
QUE NO ESTÁ EN CONFORMIDAD CON LAS PRESCRIPCIONES DE ESTAS INSTRUCCIONES, ASÍ COMO DEL UTILIZO DE
PRODUCTOS COMPLEMENTARIOS NO ADECUADOS VER EL CAPÍTULO FICHA TÉCNICA VALVULA TERMOSTATIC VAST.
CONEXIÓN Y CARGA DE LA INSTALACIÓN
Algunos ejemplos puramente indicativos de la instalación, se muestran en el capítulo LA INSTALACIÓN, mientras que las conexiones al
termoproducto se encuentran en el capítulo DIMENSIONES.
ATENCIÓN: LA INSTALACIÓN SE DEBE LLENAR EXCLUSIVAMENTE POR CAÍDA NATURAL DEL AGUA DESDE EL VASO
DE EXPANSIÓN ABIERTO A TRAVÉS DEL TUBO DE CARGA PARA EVITAR QUE UNA PRESIÓN DE RED DEL ACUEDUCTO
DEMASIADO ELEVADA PUEDA DEFORMAR O HACER QUE EXPLOTE EL CUERPO DE LA CALDERA.
Durante esta fase, abrir todos los purgadores de los radiadores para evitar que se formen bolsas de aire, controlando la salida de agua para
evitar que haya inundaciones.
LA PRUEBA DE ESTANQUEIDAD DE LA INSTALACIÓN SE DEBE REALIZAR CON LA PRESIÓN DEL VASO DE EXPANSIÓN ABIERTO.
LA INSTALACIÓN DEBE ESTAR CONSTANTEMENTE LLENA DE AGUA, TAMBIÉN EN LOS PERÍODOS EN QUE NO SE USA EL
TERMOPRODUCTO. SI ESTÁ INACTIVA DURANTE EL PERÍODO INVERNAL, UTILICE SUSTANCIAS ANTICONGELANTES.
