Los termoproductos modelo DSA pueden instalarse tanto en sistemas con VASO de expansión ABIERTO como en sistemas con VASO de
expansión CERRADO.
LA NORDICA S.P.A. DECLINA TODA RESPONSABILIDAD POR DAÑOS, CAUSADOS POR LA INSTALACIÓN, A COSAS Y/O
PERSONAS. ADEMÁS NO SE RESPONSABILIZA DE MODIFICACIONES DEL PRODUCTO EFECTUADAS SIN AUTORIZACIÓN,
ASÍ COMO DEL USO DE REPUESTOS NO ORIGINALES.
INFORMAR AL DESHOLLINADOR HABITUAL DE ZONA ACERCA DE LA INSTALACIÓN DEL EQUIPO, PARA QUE PUEDA COMPROBAR LA
CORRECTA INSTALACIÓN AL CONDUCTO DE SALIDA DE HUMOS Y LA EFICIENCIA DE ESTE.
VASO DE EXPANSIÓN ABIERTO
LA INSTALACIÓN CON VASO DE EXPANSIÓN ABIERTO, DEBE TENER OBLIGATORIAMENTE:
1. VASO DE EXPANSIÓN ABIERTO: que tiene una capacidad correspondiente al 10% del contenido de agua total del termoproducto y de la
instalación. Este debe ser colocado en el punto más alto de la instalación, por lo menos a 2 m por encima del radiador que se encuentra
en el nivel más alto.
2. TUBO DE SEGURIDAD : que conecta por el recorrido más corto, sin tramos descendientes o sifonantes, la ida del termoproducto con la
parte superior del vaso de expansión abierto. ATENCIÓN: EL DIÁMETRO INTERNO DEL TUBO DE IDA QUE CONECTA EL TERMO PRODUCTO
CON EL VASO DE EXPANSIÓN ABIERTO DEBE SER IGUAL AL DIÁMETRO INTERIOR DEL CONECTOR DE IDA QUE YA ESTÁ EN EL TERMO
PRODUCTO. EL TUBO DE CONEXIÓN MENCIONADO TIENE QUE SER SIN INTERCEPTACIÓN.
3. TUBO DE CARGA : tubo que conecta el fondo del vaso de expansión abierto con el tubo de retorno de la instalación. La sección mínima
debe ser de ¾’’ gas. Todos estos componentes no deben tener por ninguna razón, órganos de corte que puedan accidentalmente excluirlos,
y deben ser ubicados en ambientes que no sean expuestos al hielo ya que, si se congelaran, podrían causar la rotura o la explosión de la
caldera. Si fueran expuestos al hielo será oportuno añadir al agua de la instalación, una cantidad adecuada de líquido anticongelante que
permitirá solucionar el problema. Por ningún motivo debe haber circulación de agua en el vaso de expansión abierto entre el tubo de
seguridad y el tubo de carga. Esta podría producir la oxigenación del agua y la consiguiente corrosión del termoproducto y de la instalación
en tiempos muy breves.
4. VÁLVULA DESCARGA TÉRMICA - VST: constituye una seguridad positiva ulterior, capaz de prevenir la ebullición también en ausencia de
energía eléctrica. Está compuesta por un cuerpo válvula parecido a una válvula de seguridad a presión que, a diferencia de esta, se dispara
al alcanzar una temperatura previamente calibrada (generalmente 94 – 95 °C) descargando desde la impulsión de la instalación agua
caliente que se sustituirá con la misma cantidad de agua fría procedente del tubo de carga del vaso de expansión abierto, eliminando así
el calor excesivo.
5. VÁLVULA DE SEGURIDAD de 1,5 bares: la presión de ejercicio máxima que admite la instalación es de 1,5 bares (igual a 15 m de columna
de agua), presiones superiores a esta pueden provocar deformaciones y roturas en la caldera.
6. DISPOSITIVOS DE SEGURIDAD previstos por la Normativa vigente en materia.
7. BOMBA DE CIRCULACIÓN: debe montarse preferiblemente en el retorno, para evitar que se desactive con temperaturas muy elevadas de
agua, asegurándose al mismo tiempo de que no haga circular agua en el vaso de expansión abierto, lo que podría causar una oxigenación
continuada del agua y por consiguiente una corrosión rápida del cuerpo de la caldera. Su altura de elevación debe poder impedir una
circulación forzada en el vaso de expansión abierto. También se debe conectar a un termostato o a la centralita electrónica suministrable
como OPCIONAL.
8. VÁLVULA MEZCLADORA ANTI-CONDENSACIÓN – (ver el capítulo)
ATENCIÓN: LOS SENSORES DE SEGURIDAD DE LA TEMPERATURA DEBEN ESTAR EN LA MÁQUINA O A UNA DISTANCIA DE LA
CONEXIÓN DE IDA DEL TERMOPRODUCTO QUE NO SUPERE LOS 30 CM. SI LOS TERMOPRODUCTOS NO TIENEN TODOS LOS
DISPOSITIVOS, LOS FALTANTES SE PUEDEN INSTALAR EN LAS TUBERÍAS DE IDA DEL TERMOPRODUCTO A UNA DISTANCIA DEL
TERMOPRODUCTO QUE NO SUPERE 1 M. TODOS ESTOS COMPONENTES NO DEBEN TENER POR NINGUNA RAZÓN, ÓRGANOS
DE CORTE QUE PUEDAN ACCIDENTALMENTE EXCLUIRLOS, Y DEBEN SER UBICADOS EN AMBIENTES QUE NO SEAN EXPUESTOS
AL HIELO YA QUE, SI SE CONGELARAN, PODRÍAN CAUSAR LA ROTURA O LA EXPLOSIÓN DE LA CALDERA.
ATENCIÓN: NO ENCIENDA EL FUEGO, POR NINGUNA RAZÓN, ANTES QUE LA INSTALACIÓN NO SE LLENE TOTALMENTE
DE AGUA; EN CASO CONTRARIO TODA LA ESTRUCTURA PODRÍA DAÑARSE SERIAMENTE. EL LLENADO DE LA
INSTALACIÓN DEBE SER EFECTUADO MEDIANTE EL TUBO DE CARGA DIRECTAMENTE DESDE LA CUBETA DEL VASO ABIERTO,
PARA EVITAR QUE UNA EXCESIVA PRESIÓN DE LA RED HÍDRICA DEFORME EL CUERPO CALDERA DEL TERMOPRODUCTO.
LA INSTALACIÓN DEBE ESTAR CONSTANTEMENTE LLENA DE AGUA, TAMBIÉN EN LOS PERÍODOS EN QUE NO SE USA EL
TERMOPRODUCTO. SI ESTÁ INACTIVA DURANTE EL PERÍODO INVERNAL, UTILICE SUSTANCIAS ANTICONGELANTES.
VASO DE EXPANSIÓN CERRADO
LA INSTALACIÓN CON VASO DE EXPANSIÓN CERRADO, DEBE TENER OBLIGATORIAMENTE:
1. VÁLVULA DE SEGURIDAD - la presión máxima de trabajo que admite la instalación es de: véase DECLARACIÓN DE PRESTACIÓN -
INFORMACIÓN DE LA MARCA CE, presiones superiores a esta pueden provocar deformaciones y roturas en la caldera. ATENCIÓN: EL
DIÁMETRO INTERNO DEL TUBO DE IDA QUE CONECTA EL TERMO PRODUCTO CON LA VÁLVULA DE SEGURIDAD DEBE SER IGUAL AL
DIÁMETRO INTERIOR DEL CONECTOR DE RETORNO QUE YA ESTÁ EN EL TERMO PRODUCTO. EL TUBO DE CONEXIÓN MENCIONADO
TIENE QUE SER SIN INTERCEPTACIÓN.
