DISTANCES RECOMMANDEES POUR LE COMPARTIMENT DE LA CHAUDIERE
Conformément aux normes en vigueur, les chaudières doivent être placées dans des locaux ayant une aération sufsante, nécessaire
à la combustion. Il n’est pas admis de placer les chaudières dans des locaux d’habitation (y compris les couloirs). La taille minimale
de l’ouverture pour l’entrée de l’air comburant dans le local à chaudières doit être d’au moins 100 cm² pour les chaudières. Au-delà de
la chaudière, la centrale thermique devrait pouvoir accueillir le ballon tampon à inertie, le chauffe-eau sanitaire, le tableau électrique
et toute l'installation hydraulique.

AVERTISSEMENT Dans des situations où la présence de gaz ou de vapeurs inammables, et de travaux présentant un
risque temporaire d'incendie, ou d’explosion (pose de lino avec de la colle, PVC, etc.) sont possibles, les chaudières
doivent être mises hors service avant que le risque ne se présente. Il ne faut pas poser d’objets en matière inammable
ni sur les chaudières, ni à des distances inférieures à celles de sécurité.
